RIEN
FULL DESCRIPTION
Do not believe what you first see... under the demureness of the name, the spicy savour of blackcurrant bays and the musky notes of blonde suede. Rien is a second skin perfume, a perfume that clings to the body and perseveres in the mind. Like venial sin on the verge of becoming mortal, irresistible and resolutely pervasive. As light as mohair and as precious as cashmere, the fragrance envelops skin with a powdered caress. It has the meticulous elegance and hypnotic beauty of a modern Dorian Gray, in a feminine/masculine version.
An entrancing fragrance that leaves an unforgettable imprint. Utter charm, utterly charismatic. The vanilla/opium accord of the drydown reinforces the addiction. Rien is an essential.
A perfumer’s confession.

I have the ‘intense incense’ version, and felt like experiencing the original too! Grabbed the candle also!
It’s a gift for my daughter
Funny name for a perfume that has a beast projection. It opens up with a very mature scent, very reminiscent to a small town church that intoxicates with the smell of incense, and then it dries down to a sweet lingering citrusy rose smell! This fragrance is definitely people 30+ as it does lean more into a mature scent. Completely in love with it!
Love it
I’ve ordered over a dozen sample sizes to try to narrow down my choice. Rein was an early favorite, but did I have $165 worth of love for it? After sampling the highly-lauded Rein Intense Incense, I knew the original Rein was PERFECT for me. Rein gets my imagination going! It’s a 400 year old palace in a bottle. There’s the scent of ancient wood, time-worn faded tapestries hanging on the walls, the smoky trail of of a candle recently snuffed, fine bed linens still slightly damp from a recent rendezvous, finishing with a hint of powdery floral, ultimately submitting to a flush of dark spices. Each casual sniff will envelop you in waves of a lust-filled embrace. Do not fail to at least sample this decadent, naughty fragrance!
